As a base 2 customer you have a dedicated core team consisting of a Customer Service Manager, Primary and Secondary Engineer and a Service desk representative. When you become a customer, your core team will visit your site, meet the people they are going to be working with, and gain an understanding of your working environment - setting the foundations for a successful partnership.
